Danica Faussett
Danica grew up in Oak Harbor, Washington, as one of six girls before moving to Montana 14 years ago. For the past five years, she has proudly called Ennis home. Before stepping into her role as director, she spent several years in the coffee industry, a passion she still enjoys today.
Growing up in a family involved in foster care sparked a lifelong dedication to caring for and supporting children. That early influence continues to shape her commitment to creating a nurturing, supportive environment for families.
Danica serves as our Center Director, bringing her compassionate and hands on approach, combined with her high level team management experience, and uses collaboration and shared vision to support our team, families and students both in the classroom and beyond.

Sarah Bell
Originally from Collinsville, Oklahoma, Sarah has called Ennis home since 2022. As our Lead Teacher, she loves caring for little ones ages 0–3 during those big, beautiful, blink-and-you-miss-them years. Sarah is passionate about helping babies and toddlers grow, learn, and feel safe knowing that supporting young children also strengthens families and our entire community.
When she’s not in the classroom, you can find Sarah going on walks with her cat, exploring trails with her boyfriend, or recharging with the little things that make life fun.

TeacherRebeca Vindas
Originally from Costa Rica, Rebeca Vargas is passionate about providing high-quality, nurturing childcare that supports each child’s unique development. She is dedicated to creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment where children can thrive.
Rebeca places a strong emphasis on early language development and social-emotional growth, recognizing that these foundational skills are essential for lifelong learning. She believes that investing in the earliest years not only benefits children and families, but also strengthens the entire community.
Outside of her professional role, Rebeca enjoys hiking, spending time in nature, and creating meaningful memories with her little family.
